Products

DearKeepsake sells made-to-order message-card jewelry gifts, digital gift cards, and related gifting products.

We try to display products, colors, finishes, packaging, and details as accurately as possible. However, screen settings, photography, production processes, packaging updates, and made-to-order production may result in minor differences.

Made-to-order production

Most DearKeepsake products are made to order after purchase.

Because of this, cancellations, changes, returns, and refunds may be limited once an order enters production, packing, or shipment.

Order acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your order.

We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit orders where permitted by law, including but not limited to cases involving:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Payment issues
Pricing errors
Product availability issues
Shipping restrictions
Incorrect product information

Shipping

DearKeepsake currently ships to the United States and Canada only.

U.S. orders include free standard shipping.

Canada shipping is available at the rates shown at checkout.

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by production time, carrier handling, customs, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, and damaged-item claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Gift cards

Digital gift cards are delivered electronically and may be used toward eligible purchases on our store.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Lost, stolen, or misused gift cards may not be replaced except where required by law.

Promotions and discounts
