DearKeepsake currently ships to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

Production time

Each DearKeepsake message-card jewelry gift is made to order.

Production usually takes 2–3 business days before shipment.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

United States shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

Estimated U.S. standard delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after production, depending on destination and carrier handling.

Optional faster shipping may be available at checkout if supported for your address.

Canada shipping

Shipping to Canada is available at the rates shown at checkout.

Estimated Canada delivery time is usually 4–10 business days after production, depending on destination, carrier handling, and customs processing.

Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges required by Canadian customs or local authorities.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the package is first scanned by the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

DearKeepsake is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or additional costs caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, high-volume seasons, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Delayed shipment

If we become unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated or otherwise required by applicable law, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate and, where required, offer you the option to wait or cancel for a refund.
