Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Is shipping free?

We offer free standard shipping for U.S. orders. Canada shipping is available at the rates shown at checkout.

How long does production take?

Most DearKeepsake gifts are made to order. Production usually takes 2–3 business days before shipment.

How long does delivery take?

U.S. standard delivery is usually 2–5 business days after production. Canada delivery usually takes longer and may vary by destination, customs, and carrier handling.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout once your order ships.

What is included with my gift?

Each necklace includes a keepsake necklace, a printed message card, and a gift-ready box. Some products offer an upgraded luxury box option.

Can I send the gift directly to the recipient?

Yes. Enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. We do not intentionally include pricing information inside the package.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us as soon as possible at dearkeepsakeinfo@proton.me. Because items are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production, packing, or shipment begins.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Email us within 30 days of delivery at dearkeepsakeinfo@proton.me. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and issue. If approved, we will help with a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final except where required by law or approved under our Return and Refund Policy.
